KISS – Crazy Crazy Nights

“Crazy Crazy Nights” is a song by the American hard rock band Kiss. It was originally released on the outfit’s 1987 album Crazy Nights. The song was a regular staple at the group’s concerts, up until Eric Carr’s passing in November 1991. However, due to constant requests from fans, the song returned to the set-list on the 2010 Sonic Boom Over Europe Tour.

Katie Melua – Mary Pickford

It was originally inspired by a daily facts calendar owned by Batt that one day featured the fact that Mary Pickford used to eat roses.

The Cranberries – Zombie

“Zombie” is a protest song by Irish rock band The Cranberries. It was released in September 1994 as the lead single from their second studio album, No Need to Argue (1994). The song was written by the band’s lead singer Dolores O’Riordan, and reached No. 1 on the charts in Australia, Belgium, Denmark, and Germany. As of January 2015, it has been viewed over 200 million times on YouTube. It won the “Best Song” award at the 1995 MTV Europe Music Awards.

Pulp – Disco 2000

“Disco 2000” is a hit single by British band Pulp, released in 1995. It reached #7 in the UK Singles Chart. It was the third single from the album Different Class, following “Common People” and the double A-side “Mis-Shapes”/”Sorted for E’s & Wizz”, both of which reached #2.
