Los Lobos – La Bamba

“La Bamba” is a Mexican folk song, originally from the state of Veracruz, best known from a 1958 adaptation by Ritchie Valens, a top 40 hit in the U.S. charts and one of early rock and roll’s best-known songs. Valens’ version of “La Bamba” is ranked number 354 on Rolling Stone magazineā€²s list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time, and is the only song on the list sung in a language other than English.

“Sugar, Sugar” is a pop song written by Jeff Barry and Andy Kim. It was performed by The Archies, a band formed by a group of fictional teenagers in the television cartoon series The Archie Show. It reached number one in the US in 1969 and stayed there for four weeks.

Keane – Stop for a Minute (feat K’naan)

“Stop for a Minute” is the only single from Keane’s 2010 EP, and fourth record, Night Train. The song marks Keane’s collaboration with Somali-Canadian rapper, K’naan. The single was released on 5 April 2010 in the United Kingdom and on 11 April 2010 in the United States. The song is featured on the soundtrack to the videogame, PES 2011.
