Bryan Adams – Heaven (live version)

“Heaven” is a power ballad by Canadian rock singer Bryan Adams, co-written by Adams and Jim Vallance. Heavily influenced by Journey’s 1983 hit “Faithfully”, the song was written while Adams served as the opening act on that band’s Frontiers Tour, and features their drummer, Steve Smith. It first appeared on the A Night in Heaven soundtrack album in 1983 and was later included on Adams’ album Reckless in 1984. It was released as the third single from Reckless and reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in June 1985, over a year and a half after the song first appeared on record. The single was certified Gold in Canada in 1985.”

“Stairway to Heaven” is a song by the English rock band Led Zeppelin, released in late 1971. It was composed by guitarist Jimmy Page and vocalist Robert Plant for the band’s untitled fourth studio album (often referred to as Led Zeppelin IV). It is often referred to as one of the greatest rock songs of all time. The song, running eight minutes and two seconds, is composed of several sections which increase in tempo and volume as the song progresses. The song begins as a slow acoustic-based folk song accompanied by recorders before electric instrumentation is introduced. The final section is a high-tempo hard rock section highlighted by an intricate guitar solo by Page and Plant’s wailing vocals, ending with Plant’s unaccompanied delivery of final line: “And she’s buying a Stairway to Heaven”

“Live with Me” is a song by The Rolling Stones from their album Let It Bleed, released in November 1969. It was one of the first recorded contributions by guitarist Mick Taylor, who joined the band in June 1969 (along with “Country Honk” from the same album and the single, “Honky Tonk Women”), and the first on which Keith Richards is credited as playing bass. The song also marks the first time the Stones recorded with tenor saxophonist Bobby Keys (also played on their 1971 hit, “Brown Sugar”), and the only time Leon Russell would play with the Stones. Russell and Nicky Hopkins contributed piano to the piece.
